It depends on your model
On some newer iPhones the back glass is designed to come off as a separate part. On many earlier models it's bonded to the frame, so the job takes more work. Send us your model and a photo of the damage, and we'll tell you which applies before you come in.
Warranty
Back glass replacement has no warranty period in our system — the part we replace is the glass itself, and glass only breaks from impact. We still test the phone with you before you leave.
