- Stuck on the Apple logo or in a restart loop after an update.
- Restoring the phone when you remember the passcode but it won't start normally.
- Moving photos, chats and contacts from an old phone to a new one.
What we don't do
We can't remove iCloud Activation Lock or bypass a forgotten Apple ID. Only Apple can, with proof of purchase. If someone offers to “unlock iCloud”, walk away.
If you've forgotten the screen passcode, the phone can be erased and set up again — but data that wasn't backed up can't be recovered that way.
