Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in to any of the 16 outlets. Sending your model and the problem on WhatsApp first lets us check parts.
How long does a repair take?
Battery and screen jobs are usually done the same day. Board, water damage and Face ID take longer because the phone has to be tested properly — the outlet will give you an estimate when you drop it off.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs don't touch your data, and we repair your own logic board rather than swapping it. The technician will tell you beforehand if a particular job puts data at risk. A backup first is always wise.
Do you charge to check the phone?
Send us the model and what happened on WhatsApp for a free quote. You'll always get the price before any paid work starts.
My iPhone fell in water. What should I do?
Switch it off, don't charge it, skip the rice, and bring it in as soon as you can. Our water damage page explains why.
Can you repair Face ID?
Sometimes. Face ID parts are paired to the logic board, so some faults can't be fixed outside Apple. We test first and tell you honestly.
Can you unlock iCloud / Activation Lock?
No. Only Apple can remove Activation Lock, with proof of purchase. We don't do iCloud bypasses.
Will Settings show a message after the repair?
On newer iPhones, Settings › General › About › Parts and Service History lists replaced parts. The technician will tell you what will show for the part you choose.
Is the phone still water-resistant after a repair?
We reseal the phone, but no repair shop can promise factory water resistance afterwards. Treat it as splash-proof.
What warranty do I get?
It depends on the part: 180 days for logic board work, charging port, cameras, Face ID and speakers. Glass parts such as back glass and camera lens glass don't carry a warranty period.
Another shop already opened my iPhone. Can you still help?
Yes. We'll check what's inside first and tell you what we find before doing any work.
Do you repair older iPhones like the 7 or 8?
Yes, as long as parts are available. Send us the model and we'll confirm.
Can you move my data to a new iPhone?
Yes, we can help transfer photos, chats and contacts when you're switching phones.

For many repairs there are several part grades. We explain the options and what each one means before you choose.
How much does it cost?
